Notes: Deep ruby color. Rich, spicy blueberry custard aromas follow through on a supple, round entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with cedar, apple, and earthy loam accents. Finishes with pleasant blueberry skin, eucalyptus, and cigar box fade with firm tannins. Pair with well marbled beef.
