Gradual stress, imperative to activate the secondary metabolism, (flecha) produces tannins, aromas and colors. The stress makes the plants produce grapes with tipicity and a valuable complexity

Winemaking and Technical Notes: Brilliant color, complex aroma, fresh and delicate with multiple notes of tropical fruits, toasted almonds with a mineral touch. This Chardonnay has a long-lasting, elegant, creamy and fresh.
