Vintage and harvest notes:

Winemaking and Technical Notes: Cold pre-fermentation maceration of 5 days before fermentation in 6-8 ton open tank. Hand punch-downs 3 times per day to gently extract the suble flavors. 100% aging in French oak barrels (30% new). Primary coopers include, Marchive, Francois-Freres, Bouters and Seguin-Moreau in mediom toast barrels.

Notes: Brilliant red with a hint of brick around the edges. Good concentration in the outh and a very good balance due to its natural acidity. The tannins are very smoze, delicate and soft. Long elegant finish with a typical touch of softness and delicateness, wich make this wine just very pretty. Not over extract or over concentrate, this Pinot represents the variety like a true pinot.
